Hurt Locker vs Avatar

Ha! You just don't know how happy I am when I found out that Hurt Locker won Best Picture in the Oscars. It's a surprise considering that everybody can't seem to get over Avatar and how great the graphics are. I've seen the movie on the bus on my way to Manila and didn't pay much attention to it because I've already lost interest in the middle of the film, so I slept... OK, call me mean but that's just the way it is...

About Hurt Locker, I've seen it last October and it was great! I've seen it on the bus and was thrilled to find out that it was also in the big screen during that time so I never left Manila without watching it AGAIN. Oh well, the movie means a lot to me - It's not like I love bombs or something but... I dunno, it just hit me right on the spot.
