The Cash Flow game is now affordable!

I attended the Think Rich Pinoy Seminar last Feb 27, 2010 and we played the Cash flow 101 game towards the end of the seminar. The game is similar to Monopoly but in a different setting. Your goal is to get out of the "rat race" and when you are out, it means that you are financially free. I didn't get out of the "rat race" when I played the game. I don't know if it's because we didn't have enough time or I should blame the dice! But during the course of the game I was a bit lucky I bought a few good stocks and I got myself a good "deal". I bought my first property (house and lot) with low downpayment and huge ROI! Now that's what I call beginner's luck. If we were allowed to extend the game play, I could have been out of the rat race after a few rounds... but anyway, it was a great experience and I will be playing that in the near future for sure! Let me tell you that there is a Cash Flow 101 price drop today and it's now $120!!!! Now isn't that a great deal??? I'm sure it is and I'm planning to buy one as soon as I have gathered enough money... The price is not bad at all. It was once $300 and it went down to $120.
